It could be time to create new Laws like Prostitution Legalization , it's already legal in Nevada State in population under 400 000 inhabitants , the Legalization of Prostitution could help Sexual Workers not to be victims of Prostitution Rings, Sexual Slavery, Human Trafficking, and Pimps, this Sexual Workers would be a legal and controled legal bussiness protected by Laws no defenceless that kind of Workers, it could be controlled there won't be underage people on that , the States would save a lot of money expenses solving STD Health expenses because there is no requirement of regular medical check up to that kind of Workers like already existed the requirement of monthly health check ups to adults movies industry and requiring that from that kind of Workers too would help to control STD ; that kind of Workers would pay taxes like any other Adult Entertainment Businesses and would have Rights to Social Security and Medicare at Retirement Age , and it wouldn't be necessarily a degrading  immoral exposure because mostly would be that practice as call girls no as street walker or brothels. 

In the particulary case of Florida State should be legalized the Recognition of the Human Rights to have Housing and Employment to provide for themselves to Population under Sexual Predators Record and it wouldn't be Homeless and Beggars in tent camps under bridges outside the cities and urbanization ; the Human Rights Declaration on the other hand, articles 22 to 27 address economic, social and cultural rights;

  It has to be solved that because is against the Eight Amendment of The United States of America that forbid cruel punishment and that's a Life Term Punishment in that situation not even to marginalize them in ghettos outside the normal urbanization because the Criminal Santions in any legal system is not about a whim of the judges can impose any kind of santions, in any criminal legal system in the world the santions must be proportioned to crime , no disproportionate unrationally , besides the purpose of any Criminal Law in any Legal System in all the world according to the countries considered State of Laws, in all this countries with due process, the purpose of Criminal Law is Reform and Reintegrate to society the person who has delinquish, not just punish them ,marginalize them and become them pariahs and citizens without rights, like a second class citizens. The Eighth Amendment (1791) protects people from having bail or fines set at an amount so high that it would be impossible for all but the richest defendants to pay, and also protects people from being subjected to cruel and unusual punishment.   In Florida would be recomendable to down the age of consent unrestricted to 16 years old, like other 15 States out of the 50 States of United States of America, most of the population in Florida are Catholic, they should remember Vatican recognize the Holy Matrimony to girls after 14 years old age and boys after 16 years old age ; most of population of Florida are cuban descent ,they should remember before 1959 in Cuba the age of consent unrestricted was 14 years old of age for girls and after 1959 has been 16 years old unrestricted.
