In the United States there is the Sexual Predator Registry, it is the Law of the Nation, but each of the 50 States has the prerogative of competence and jurisdiction on how to legislate on the matter regarding that Predator Registry, in Florida the human rights of these people are violated, many have served their criminal sentence, others cannot be prosecuted, but all have as a consequence apart from the sentence of deprivation of liberty, which is not for life, to be registered in the Sexual Predator Registry, and they are not allowed to live in urbanizations where there are children and minors, in any city, they are forced to live homeless as beggars violating their human rights to have housing and work to support themselves, they violate their constitutional rights of the United States of America, that the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America prohibits cruel punishments, and they violate the purpose of any Criminal Law in the countries of the free world with the Rule of Law which is to reform and reintegrate into society any person who has committed a crime in any crime, not turning them into pariahs marginalized from society and without rights.
